In his 7 years with Hilton, Macaiah has led +25 remote sales professionals to exceed revenue and service
goals by 5%. He coaches his team on interpersonal sales strategies to maximize revenue. Additionally, he
has been recognized by the senior leadership team for Top Team Performance in Conversion Sales and
Upsells, Top Team in Achieving Average Daily Rate (ADR), and the Commitment to Excellence Award for
exceeding 100% quarterly performance.

Prior to Hilton, Macaiah leveraged his Masters degree in Advising and Counseling as an Academic Advisor
and Assistant Director of Admissions. Macaiah is highly ambitious toward higher education and diligent in
supporting students to reach their goals. In his time at The Art Institute, he advised up to 50 students
each month and utilized the marketing and community involvement strategies responsible for generating
30% of student visits and 10% enrollment.

In addition, as a Certified Virtual Trainer, Macaiah carries vast expertise in performance management,
learning and development, and interpersonal communication. These skills are a reflection of his desire to
